To be eligible for a refund or exchange, goods must be returned in a re-saleable condition. That
means your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must
be in the original packaging and returned with any accessories, labels and "free gifts" or bonus
items.
To complete your refund or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not
send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

for standard delivery of the goods, the cost of standard delivery will also be refunded.

Shipping Information
All orders are processed & shipped as soon as possible through the USPS. We typically take 1-3 business days for handling & processing your order. The average delivery time frame is anywhere from 10-20 business days. Depending on your location, you might receive items much earlier. Please allow extra time during busy season as postal delays are out of our control. Additional factors such as distance, customs and/ or natural disasters may cause further postal delays.
Tracking information, including the carriers are provided with every order. All orders are insured and could be eligible for a refund or replacement if your package doesn't arrive.

How do I return my purchase?
If you are with in the 30 day time frame and send proof of purchase to Turan Fashion Eyewear 2020 , you may return and/or exchange your item(s). Items must be sent back to Turan Eyewear 2020 in re-salable condition to be eligible for a erfund. Please reffer to Return Policies section for more information.

Will I receive a tracking number for my package?
Tracking information will be provided with as soon as your order ships.Sometimes additional delays may arise that are beyond our control such as postal delays and/ or customs inspections. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

What do I do if my order is lost in the mail?
Each order will be sent with insured shipping & handling to prevent lost packages. If your order happens to get held at customs, lost in transit, or returned to us for any reason, we have you back! The postal service is out of our control once the package leaves our warehouse. However , in cases like this , becouse the packages are insured, we will send you a replacement.
